3D Posters
The brief asked for two posters using different folding tequniques to convey and support a message.

One should be based on the film poster ‘Objectified’ and set up in almost exactly the same way. I based mine upon the musician Daryl Davis and how he talks to members of the Ku Klux Klan to persuade them to leave. I contrasted two messages from both sides of the story with an interactive flap pattern which each revealed a message.
The other should use tessellation to convey the message of overconsumption. I used a type of tessellation which would make the poster bulge to show how we can never get enough and will keep consuming as much as we possibly can until we are fit to burst. Showing a poster in such an unnatural and awkward form shows how unnatural our habits of consumption have become.
