For this brief, we were asked to brand the unbrandable. From left to right, I branded ‘birdsong’, ‘sleeping in a forest’ and ‘silence’ as cuckoo clocks. ‘Birdsong’ would chirp constantly from 9-5 since there are no written hours, ‘sleeping in a forest’ would replace the bird with an owl to hoot through the night time hours and ‘silence’ had the clock hands and bird taken out for peace and quiet. All were built and painted by hand and packaged in their own boxes.
